Collecting the opinions of EVERYONE is not ideal. It sounds ideal, like everyone should be involved in the decision-making process, but this I believe to be false.
Some peopleās opinions are just not as valuable as others.
Especially in a startup environment, youāll kill the inner fire the company may have if you include everyone on every decision.
My hypothesis is meetings more than 5 people are useless.
There is an inverse relationship between the number of people in a meeting and the effectiveness of the outcome.
